2019 Honda Civic Type-R Touring

I came to purchase a car that I saw online but when I got there it was not indeed available. But I did walk away with a well deserved Mercedes Benz. Thanks to the whole team that worked with me by the time I was done I had made 4 new friends. After I signed all my papers they sang and danced me all the way to my new ride ???? they even put a big red bow on it so I can take pictures. Johnny, Manny, Carlos and Roy were all amazing and helped me in different ways. I think they were all as excited as me to drive away with my new ride.

Today we meet with sales person Roy, Roy is a pure knowledge, he took the time to explain all the deals for my new lease. He had helped us already in the past leases and once again he made our day. Thank you Roy for everything, continued your fabulous work. We will go back to Roy always when is time to new lease, see you in 3 yrs, Beatriz and Carlos Martines *****

I originally came in with A/C issues and a tire problem. Linette advised me to check my service contract, which I did (thank goodness), for it covered everything! She arranged a loaner vehicle for me to drive. Evidently your crew noticed my axle also had a crack in it. Linette arranged for Fidelity to come assess that these two items needed to be done. I am so happy I purchased the 7 year extended warranty contract. I’ve taken my car to Nissan in Pompano since purchasing it and couldn’t be more happier. They always are helpful and go beyond to help. The work crew, Linette and Debbie were fantastic. So glad I bought a Nissan rather than a Honda, just saying!
