2021 Bentley Bentayga V8

I bought an extender warranty for my Bentleys and it has made all the difference it used to be every time I got the oil changed it would be $10,000. The good thing about having the extended warranty is very able to fix everything for you and come by and pick up the car from your house, which saves a lot of time and energy, everybody seems really nice at the dealership we plan on buying more cars from them

A truly first rate purchase experience from start to finish. While I have been fortunate to have owned several luxury and exotic cars in the past, this was my first experience with Bentley. Bentley Austin (under the larger luxury umbrella of Hi Tech Motorcars) had the exact CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) specification Continental GT I wanted, and I completed the entire purchase process from out of state; without ever having seen the car in person until delivery. My sales associate Philip Wolf, a relatively recent addition to the Bentley Austin family, has been with the marque for the better part of 17 years - a true testament to his loyalty and trust in the product he sells. He was responsive, forthright, and honest, providing me with numerous pictures and videos of the car throughout the process. He helped facilitate highly professional enclosed shipping of the car from Austin to Tampa, and when the car arrived, it appeared nearly brand new - even better than expected. Finding out he is a fellow Veteran was just an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend Philip and the whole team at Bentley Austin (even the administrative/title folks were quite lovely) if you are looking for a new or previously loved Bentley. Buying a certified Bentley gave me the peace of mind to purchase the car sight unseen - something I would not have been comfortable doing anywhere but a factory Bentley Dealership. The criteria for their CPO program is quite stringent. 5 stars.
