I've had my car serviced at three different Mercedes dealerships, and this one has been the best experience so far. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a complimentary inspection and cleaning, and everything was completed within an hour. I'm truly impressed. I will definitely consider returning here for my next car purchase.
My experience was absolutely amazing working with Steve P. He is one cool guy and really cares about his customers. He went above & beyond to make sure buying my car was an easy “turn key” situation. He was super patient & knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing him when you go in to Ralley. “A 1” service for sure. You won’t be disappointed.
