I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. I was assisted by Davius Blackshire who was very helpful from the very beginning. I came in wanting to look at a GLA but he was able to show me more options within my price range and I actually fell in love with a GLB. He took the time to sit with me and run through the whole process of what it looks like to buy a car and to individualize all the options to best fit what I preferred. I was also assisted by Paul who was a great help and took time to explain the different types of warranties. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and everyone here was kind and respectful and wanted to help me in the best way possible.
