I found the car I liked and put in a request through car gurus. Todd reached out to me the next day (or in 8 hours). It was an out of state purchase. Todd arranged everything for me before I finalized the purchase. From CPO from car dealer to oil change and transmission fluid change and arranging the carrier for transport. Todd also gave me a trickle charger which the car didn't come with. It did take longer than expected; but thats how CA laws are. Todd is great and really patient. If the car you select is with Ilusso, I would ask for Todd!
