Working with John Tuttle and Post Oak Motors was the best car buying experience I’ve had yet! I recently flew across the country to Post Oak Motors to purchase a Porsche 911 Carrera S. Being from the other side of the country I had a lot of questions for John over the phone before I decided to move forward with the purchase. He was extremely professional and took the time to get every question answered. He also used FaceTime to show me all angles and details of the car. It was truly a blessing to have such a caring salesman. I’ve worked with enough people and bought enough luxury vehicles to say that John really does have the clients best interest in mind. I have a crazy story to tell about these folks. This is a completely positive review based on not being able to actually buy a car from them! How weird is that. So here's the deal, I was trying to buy a Karma from them and we got within probably a half an hour of closing the deal. They had somebody else interested who was willing to pay a lot more than me and I had not tied it up. I lost out on buying the car. The amazing deal with this was Mark Meyerson, the sales manager, kept me in the loop the entire time. He was ready to give me a screaming deal but I did lose out because I didn't want to go a little higher. He wanted to make sure that he was transparent. He was. He wanted to make sure I didn't feel like I was somehow being cheated. I did not feel that at all. I was treated fairly the entire time I negotiated, and in spite of my very low offer, there was no feeling of irritation or second class status. These guys are fantastic. I truly WANT to buy a car from these guys now. Truly an amazing experience to not get the car and still feel like I was completely taken care of.
