Took my truck in for a service. Nick Vasquez was professional and engaging. Management, pay attention to this employee. He offered needed services and explained them in a way that allowed me to make an educated decision. He’s doing things right and executed genuine customer service. Good job on y’all training of your employees. Additionally, the guy who cleaned my truck was great as well. He was not rude and also embraced customer service…even in our small interaction.

I am over 50 years old and I have purchased several new vehicles. I have “NEVER” had a buying experience like the one I had with REGGIE. From the very beginning he was honest, professional and most of all thorough. He explained everything, I mean everything. He explained past buying trends, he explained what was and what was not going to happen within the purchase of our 2024 Suburban. The car we purchased was not at the Rockville store and had to be shipped from Baltimore. We had to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. Reggie was off but was committed to making sure that he saw the deal through from beginning to end. The day we were supposed to pick up our new car, Reggie texted messaged me and my husband (top of the morning) and he was a human GPS for our new truck. We knew via text where the vehicle was and what was happening with it. This was the best car buying experience of my life. If you or anybody you know are looking to buy a car….. PLEASE CALL REGGIE.
