2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E450 Coupe

Everyone that I have worked with at Mercedes-Benz Dealership in College Station are awesome. Michael S. is my main guy that I work with. He is on top of everything that needs to be done. They greet you by your name when you pull up and open your door with a smile. They wash & vacuum your car every time they work on it. The workmanship is done right. Just had all 4 rims resurfaced and they look brand new. Very impressive. Made the car look 100% better. I was in my Ford Platinum truck one day and my tire light came on , so I pulled in. You would have thought it was a Mercedes truck. They took it back and checked all of my tires and put air in them. I love it because they are in College Station and I don't have to get in that Houston traffic. Thank you. I'll be back ????????

GREAT SERVICE! Matt was extremely helpful. He made me feel at ease and took care of my car immediately. He explained the process and understood my concerns. Great customer service acumen! The service department front desk staff was hospitable and very friendly (a girl and another guy). The facilities are beautiful. I was even able to work and have coffee while waiting for my car. The experience made me want to trade in my car for a new one ????

The staff and dealership are excellent. Our sales person was very impressive. She not only knew the product, but also handled the paperwork effectively and quickly. This experience was very good and we will expect the same from any Mercedes dealership we do business with in the future.
