Andres contacted me immediately when they opened this morning. Friendly , knowledgeable and overall cared about my needs before the sale of the car. After the credit app , Mathew contacted me almost immediately to let me know he had to call in a few favors but I was APPROVED!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! From the salesman, Eric Bennett, to the sales manager, Arturo, I was treated with respect at all times, and never pressured into anything. When I couldn’t immediately make the purchase Arturo did his best to hold the vehicle I wanted for nearly 2 days. Eric was more than just a salesman. He made the long purchase process as easy as possible and went out of his way to provide me information on more affordable insurance. He also provided me with personally helpful information on obtaining VA benefits. In this way he let me know I was more than just another customer. Could not have asked for better! The finance manager was just as pleasant to work with. Not the usual experience for sure. He even managed to get better financing than I obtained for myself. I will be going back to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Pierce for any future vehicle purchase, if needed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.
