My mother came in and purchased a vehicle through Taylor the sales girl. The paperwork shows Austin as the Finance Manager and Ben as the Sales Manager. This dealership was honest, and my mom says it was beautiful. I work in Finance and I was elighted to see that they did not take advantage of my geriatric mother. She said Ben explained everything slowly to her and made sure she understood everything, and Austin was pleasant to work with. He also slowly explained all of the paperwork she was signing and brought her beverages throughout the process, patient with her. What an honest team and great dealership tonwork with, especially when I couldn’t be there with her to overlook! She insisted I left a review for her. Thank you Lafontaine !
I just Bought my wife the White Gv70 Genesis on 10/23/25 and that day was a 8 hour experience. Tera was outstanding and very patient with me. She knew I wanted my wife to have this vehicle no matter the cost. Then as my wife got lost a few times getting here it turned out nice. She loves it. They were very patient and my wife met a new friend with Tera.
