I went in to RBM of Alpharetta on a whim because I had an hour to kill when I was in the area - I had no intention of purchasing a car and was actually going to purchase a Volvo the following day. This was a stop just to be sure I was certain on the Volvo (which I thought I was). Vadim Russu happened to be available to assist me. He was efficient and kind, and not an overly pushy car salesman. He knew so much about the vehicles I test drove and advised on upgrades to put me in the car that worked best for me. I could not have been more impressed with him. He arranged a price quote very quickly and accommodated a trade in - it was so seamless that I agreed to purchase one of the cars I test drove the same day. He was so quick on the computer when processing all the necessary documents - the process could have been painfully slow, and he made it effortless.
