Our experience with Elite Automotive Group was above and beyond stellar customer service. We experienced an issue with a critical part of our GLC300's ability to function and drive safely. We were driving through Springfield on our way back to Nashville on a Sunday, and thus no body shops were open. We arrived at the Services department first thing Monday morning and although we did not have an appointment, we were instantly greeted by Jason, the manager. He immediately took our car to be assessed, the issue was determined, and he ensured that the piece was provided to fix the issue. Jason checked in with us throughout the service to provide updates, while we sat comfortably in their waiting area drinking coffee and having a pastry. The issue was expeditiously resolved, and we were able to return to Nashville safely. I cannot recommend Jason and his team more, we are so grateful for their last minute assistance and resolution.
