It was a nice experience getting the new car delivered at Mercedes Benz of Bedford. I have been a loyal customer of MB for 20 years and I think they are so confident of me that they didn’t go over the new features of the car during delivery. I am figuring it out on my own.

I am not usually a person that leaves reviews but I would like people to know before visiting that you will most likely work with professionals in their field, super polite and helpful. I would recommend Chris Peters as he was the salesman for my car. He was super involved and personal and tried to show the car from every aspect with the little details. Make sure to ask finance everything that you will have to pay cause we were unaware of a certain charge but overall pleasant experience.

Been working with Benz of Bedford for years between car purchases and service appointments. With the exception of one time for service, I’ve always had a great experience. Even the one time I didn’t have a good experience, the service manager was quick to effectively rectify the matter so that I felt comfortable moving forward. That’s great service!
