2023 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C 300 4MATIC

Last month I purchased a European luxury vehicle that was not a Mercedes. It just so happened that my new vehicle ran out of gas right in front of MB of Westminster sack searched for a nearby gas station. After being informed that it would take 2 hours to get roadside assistance from the manufacturer of my vehicle, I went into the dealership and was immediately greeted by the most courteous and professional staff. Mario was my first point of contact. Upon learning about my situation, he, without hesitation, enlisted the help of the service team. I waited comfortably in the dealership, which was very clean and filled with a top notch selection of Mercedes that were awesome to checkout. I also enjoyed the spacious customer lounge for a few minutes. Benny, a warm and knowledgeable service professional, promptly put gas in my car, allowing me to make it to the station down the road. At a time when it seems like humanity has been lost, and as a woman who has had less than positive encounters in car dealerships, the staff engagement and energy that I received that day at MB Westminster were nothing short of refreshing. In their willingness to help me, while serving their direct customers, it was clear that this business operates with a standard to go the extra mile and serve community without concern for an immediate payoff. I live in Denver, but wish I had come to this dealership when I was researching and shopping for a new vehicle. There is no doubt that I would have bought from MB of Westminster - it would have been worth the drive. My sincerest thanks again to Mario, Benny, and everyone for your act of kindness!

Andrew was by far the very best experience we've had here at this Benz location. He really went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I felt valued as customers.
