Service is one of the finest I have ever experienced. From the warm welcome to the fast turnaround putting me in a loaner car…literally in less than 10 minutes. When I picked up my car it was cleaned to perfection!!! Used to be a loyal Chambers girl until Savannah Silva changed jobs to Westwood and I’m thrilled to have followed her there!! Mercedes of Westwood has a friendly staff that’s easy to work with. I purchased two vehicles from them in 2023 as they always seem to have the specific vehicles in inventory that I’m looking for. Everything from sales, management, finance, to service was great!

Edwin was fantastic. He advised use expertly and made our buying experience stress free. He was also very flexible and stayed late after work in order to ensure we got our car delivered on the date we needed. Everyone else in the office was very friendly and professional. Ravi in finance also bent over backwards to help us and was really a pleasure to work with.

Great service! This was my first time buying a car and i was apprehensive about the purchase.
