I'm one of those weird people who enjoys the experience of purchasing a vehicle. I do endless research when it comes to finding the car I want. Of course purchase price is the most important factor when buying but customer service isn't far behind. My experience with Mercedes Benz in Tacoma was the most seamless car purchase I've ever made. I stopped in at 10am did thorough test drive and left with out any harassment or cheesy sales tactics. Victor gave me his card and asked me to call him if I had any questions. By 5pm that evening I made my mind up that I wanted the car. The team got me in 15 minutes before closing and worked quickly to get me out at a decent time. Overall they were fair and the deal was equitable, pretty much all you can really ask for! Thanks again!
