We are very happy with our young and energetic salesman Evan and of course the most efficient lady Daphne in the finance Dept, their professionalism like no others. I purchased my vehicle with very specific specs, massage chair, wheel, color etc and was able to get it here all the way from LA within a week !! Do not hesitate to contact Evan, best salesperson, he is knowledgeable, patient and fun, definitely the best customer service and pay attention to every little details: adjust my heads up display height, pairing my iPhone, even peel off the clear stickers inside the windows for me with care ???? No, I did not buy a Mercedes, however Kerr sold me a Toyota that had been traded in. The buying experience was quick and easy and hassle-free.
