Nick Parks was one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a salesperson! I called him after looking at their website for a car on a Saturday afternoon 30 min prior to them closing. He continued to work with me for an hour after they closed!! Our conversation picked right back up on Monday morning once they opened and he was able to get answers for me. Nick never talked down to me like the salesman 5 miles from my house did! He respected me and not once made me feel incompetent because I was a female. My husband came home and I told him I bought a car and how kind Nick was. He was also impressed by what I told him about Nick! I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! Communication was great. Delivering the car to my home 70 miles from the dealership was awesome as well. Grant came and showed me how to use the technology and connected my phone for me. When I had questions after he left. He set up a time to go over everything with me again. He took another hour and never made me feel dumb! This place was WONDERFUL to work with! If I could give 7 stars I would!!

Nick was great to work with from start to finish! Very responsive and considerate of my time. I didn't expect to drive an hour away from where I live to lease my new GX 460 as I have a Lexus dealership in my town where I have leased my previous three Lexus vehicles. I also don't tend to shop around but the declining customer service at my existing Lexus dealership prompted me to do so. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everyone on the Serra team greeted me and treated me. They even put a bow on top of the car and stayed late on a Saturday to finish all of the paperwork so I could drive away with my new car on the same day! They made my trip more than worth it! If you are interested in acquiring a new vehicle I hope you will consider them because I like to see businesses thrive that demonstrate genuine care and concern for their customers overall experience.
