Amazing! This has to be one of the nicest Mercedes Dealerships I have ever seen. I have been to each cost and I have seen well over 60 dealers in the lower 48 states. This has to be one of the coolest. From the snack bar to the Gym or the massage chairs. I was impressed the moment I stepped on the lot. You have to check it out for yourself if you are in the area. It was a pleasure to get a tour of the place from Sydney Armstrong. You should ask for him by name if you are in the market for a car. Trust me it is worth it!

I go through cars more than I like to admit. Mercedes of Louisville gave me hands down the best experience I’ve ever had - and that was made 100% because of Shea, one of the sales managers. I shared with Shea where I needed to be over phone/e-mail and it was a seamless transaction because of both his ELITE level of communication and attention to detail. Walked in, drove the beautifully detailed car quick, signed pre-prepped papers, walked out. . I will undoubtedly be back to see Shea in the future. Protect him at all costs!!!

Worked with Jeff Jackson on extended warranty and prepaid service agreements for my Winnebago Revel that’s built on the MB 2500 chassis. He was very professional, always very quick to reply and to provide any information I requested. He also provided some of the best pricing in the country, even though I obviously didn’t buy our RV from there and live over 600 miles away. Excellent service and help! Highly recommend!
