Great experience from start to finish! During my search for a new vehicle I encountered multiple dealerships with shady tactics and was becoming quite frustrated with the process as a whole - until I found a vehicle I liked at Land Rover / Jaguar of Fort Wayne that is… Working with James and Thomas could not have been easier! I visited the service department to have a key fob programmed. all worked out well and for the quoted price with no surprises. Very nice waiting room with assortment of snacks and drinks. Very clean facility and no pressure sales staff.
