Had a excellent experience buying a used truck here recently. I couldn't be happier with how the process went. They went above and beyond to get me the most for my money. I would for sure buy from them again. The salesman I dealt with was really friendly and I didn't once feel pressured to make the purchase. The finance guy Dillon was fantastic and ended up getting me a much better extended warranty ( 10 year 100,000 miles instead of 5 year 60,000 ) than I had selected for the same cost.
Had a great experience buying my new car at Genesis of Portland. Luis was knowledgeable and friendly and considerate of my time. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and Genesis made sure to take care of me and make sure I was happy when I left. Highly recommend these cars and this dealership!!!!
