My husband and I really working with Eric Grobert in the Service dept. He is responsive and prompt, genuine and clearly loves doing his job. Although we live closer to another dealership and service station, I prefer to send my car to Huntington because of Eric’s professionalism and responsiveness. He’s also honest. He’s actually the MAIN reasons that I stuck with this brand (my husband has moved away from MB). Eric provides a service and professionalism that should be on par with the Mercedes brand. I hope he is acknowledged for the awesome service he constantly provides to the MB clients and is also given a chance to train others on how to provide impeccable customer service.
