I leased a 2024 Mercedes C43 a few weeks ago. My salesman, Ian, was great from start to finish. He immediately took my online inquiry seriously despite me living in NC, and the dealership being 9 hours away. We immediately came to an agreement on price, with no dealer add-ons. He even offered to ship it to me at no cost. The car was still at the port, and hadn't been released yet. He kept me updated on the car's status, and let me know the car had arrived at the dealer even though he was off when it arrived. We still had to drive 9 hours to sign the paperwork in person, but he had everything ready to sign, and we were back on the road within 20 minutes of arriving at the dealership. He got the car shipped the next business day, and it arrived a day after that. He's continued to respond to my questions very quickly, even when he's been on vacation. I've purchased around 40 cars, and he's been the best salesmen I've worked with. The car has also been amazing.
