I had an amazing sales experience with Brian Cantley. I bought from this dealership over a decade ago, but I moved out of state so it just didn’t make sense to keep buying from them. I recently moved back and my lease was ending so I called Brian and spoke to him about my situation and he was very helpful and patient over the phone. He walked me through different options and invited me to come look and test drive some cars. He wasn’t pushy and was very easy to talk to. Long story short I visited on the weekend after my initial call and I ended up leasing a new 2023 GLE350. Brian made the whole buying process easy and stress free. He didn’t try to push me towards something I didn’t want or need and he listened to me and what I wanted and what was important to me. I will absolutely be back to work with Brian once my lease is up and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car. I also want to shout out Genna the finance manager.
