Terrell Roach, would like to show great appreciation to Maurice Forbes for his hospitality, knowledge, professionalism, and being an great laid back outstanding salesperson that knows his job along with the general manager at Charles Barker Mercedes used cars. I felt very comfortable and I wasn't pressured to purchase a car after going over all the spec and being able to go on a comfortable test drive. With a name like that you know you're in a fortune 500 club lol. Please Management, take the time to reward and show your salesperson how well he has performed his job to advertise and sell the cars. The economy is harsh and these units doesn't do any good by sitting, they're made to be sold to move off the lot and lessen the inventory. He could've gotten hire to work anywhere else but he ended up at the Mercedes dealership and he was hired in good faith by you'll so please take the time to show appreciation for a job well done.
