Bringing my car in for service, especially with past experiences not being the best, I was pleasantly surprised this time around. Thanks to Beth, my service advisor, this visit was by far the best I've ever had. Her expertise and customer service were outstanding, making her an absolute star in my book. I came in concerned about a gas smell every time I turned on the heat, which could have easily turned into a complicated and expensive ordeal. But Beth knew exactly what the issue was right off the bat. She explained the problem clearly, outlined the solution, and did it all without adding unnecessary charges—something I've unfortunately come to expect from past visits. Not only was the service problem solved efficiently, but they also washed my car, adding a nice touch to an already great experience.
