We have been buying from McGrath Nissan since the late 90s, while the site was on RT 19 east Elgin. Was not sure on what to expect from the new site... Test drive is excellent, great facility for test drives as it's in an industrial setting. Good selection of different vehicles, both new and used. The Dealership is new and modern, with an awesome delivery bay, when you purchase the car. Prices are competitive to others, fairly negotiable with the sales agent/manger. No "pushy sales", all professional and fair. Great sales agent and finance manager (honest and sincere). The Purchase process was great, sales and finance manager assisted to meet our needs. Including the proper warranty at the proper price ( no sales pitch) for our situation. Upfront pricing. Was not able to get key Nissan promoted rebates (loyalty rebates, etc.), but they honored them and included the "advertised" rebate discount, plus some selected direct discounts from the dealership. (Nissan corporate needs to fix their rebates approach). Overall a great and speedy buying process, they also helped deliver the car home late in the evening! The only drawback is Randall road is horrible with traffic, but hopefully the city and county will fix it soon. It would be nice to meet the owner, Scott gain! Met him at all previous purchases. Will update the review once we use the service Dept!

A month ago my car was totaled when I hit a cow standing in the middle of the road. I’ve been online looking daily for a replacement. I had a 2014 GMC Acadia and was looking for the same. Decided to take a drive to Elgin and first stop was McGrath Nissan. We stepped out of the car and headed toward the door and a couple sales people were coming outside and the first to greet me was Bino. He had a smile to light up a room and a very inviting personality. I felt at ease immediately. From start to finish he was top tier. Car buying always seems high pressure but this experience was very calm. I would recommend Bino to any one looking for a no pressure sales experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joe McGrath. He too was a breath of fresh air. These two gentleman made my car buying experience pleasurable. I was dreading it terribly but was pleasantly surprised. At the end of the day I repaired my totaled vehicle with a beautiful 2015 GMC Acadia. I would visit this dealership again and highly recommend to family and friends to see Bino for their car buying experience

The overall experience was wonderful. The salesman which was a woman greeted me outside when I pulled up. And when I say she got straight to the point. Test drove the car, got to the paperwork & BOOM got the car. What I love the most was the fact that she communicated with everything I needed it. And I’m gonna leave this here when I picked up the car. It was inside the showroom with the bow on it that made my heart melt.
