I had such a great experience at Lynne's Nissan in Bloomfield NJ I was in need of an oil change but i wasn't able to make an appointment. I arrived at the service entrance when they opened. They took my truck in no questions asked about appointment. Michael was absolutely great. He knew I needed to get to work he provided me with transportation to get to work. When my truck was ready Michael called me and gave me break down of what needed to be done. I truly appreciated this Great customer service.
Michael was very nice, as was the rest of the staff I spoke to. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with a working coffee machine. I've been to other dealers with less comfortable spaces and non-working coffee machines which is a bummer when you're sitting there for a while. This isn't my first time going for service to Lynnes and it won't be my last.
