Jesus Sanchez ask for him he has been the most helpful and polite he took care of his customers definitely the best person I have met when buying my car Toyota please promote this man Jesus. On the other hand don’t waste your time with Alex Matthias he was very arrogant and felt entitled truly pathetic of a person Toyota please fire this man.

So I took in my 2015 Avalon for a routine oil change. I had purchased a new oem aluminum filter housing online on ebay. I asked them if they could swap it out. Service advisor said absolutely no problem. They even saved me the original in a plastic bag for me. So I pick up the car later on and noticed a few days later there was a small oil leak. Turns out that so called upgraded housing was defective. Called up my service advisor and he said bring it down to see what the problem was. They swapped it out back to the original and changed the oil again. So I then asked ok how much since it was pretty much my fault for providing a defective part. The advisor told me there was no charge and not to worry everything was 100 percent taken care of. Shout out to Erik Sanchez and South bay Toyota for taking care of me!! Great team and awesome customer service in every department. Cashiers are always very nice as well. Keep up the good work!! I highly recommend this dealer for any services you may need. -Very Happy Customer

First and foremost, I want to thank the salesman Carlos he took care of us, took care of the paperwork before we even arrive. We are a busy people and we do not like to waste time so I appreciate Carlos to take care of and hopefully next year we could get another vehicle.
