I’ve stopped by a couple of dealerships in the past years and I must say that the experience I’ve had at Centennial Toyota was by far the best and high recommended for others. As soon as we stepped into the parking lot we were greeted by every passing employee offering us help, water or coffee. We were helped by Armando who was extremely professional, patient and understanding with us. He was very informative providing all options and details of each car. His manager John and Armando went out of their way to accommodate us. Kevin at finance was also helpful and great! This is our first time purchasing a Toyota but since we experienced excellent customer service this will not be our last at Centennial Toyota! Thank you for having such a great team! We love our new Toyota!
