2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

Mercedes-Benz of Oakland has been very faithful to me as a loyle Mercedes Benz owener since purchasing my second Mercedes in March of 1999. From the day I drove off the dealership in my brand new 300 TURBODIESEL! For 25 years Mercedes Benz of Oakland has been servicing my 300D! Accurate work orders and estimates, they have always been very attentive, very professional & accommodating. My vehicle is always ready when promised! My past experience has always included securing a courtesy car while my vehicle was being serviced. My 300D was recently service on March 14, 2024, and my experience the other day was priceless! I wouldn't be needing a courtesy car that day due to the fact, I was going to drop my car off and then take BART to work (parking is difficult in the City), I work in San Francisco, my dealership is in Oakland~ They accommodated me with a lyft that drove me to San Francisco, and when my vehicle was ready, they furnished lyft to pick me up from my office in order to bring me back to Oakland to pick up my vehicle! The service is superb! I left Mercedes dealership feeling as if it were 1999 all over again! Even though staff come and go, the service & politeness, you just can't beat it! I'm a part of the Mercedes family and have been for quite some time and I plan to be for years to come. My service rep, Manny is the best! I've had two other service reps in the past, John Jackson had been my service rep. for many year & and a darn good one! Now Mr. Manny is my service rep.! He made ne feel as if we've known each other for years! Mercedes Benz of Oakland has a very high standard and I will always respect the relationship Mercedes-Benz of Oakland and I have had for over 25 years????????????????????

I have always hated going to car dealerships because of all the hoops they make you jump through. But my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Oakland was profoundly different, because it was an actual pleasure from start to finish. Kurt Daubeneck was our sales & leasing consultant, and he was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and professional, Kurt answered all of our questions and gave us much needed advice for leasing our first fully electric car. Perhaps even more importantly, he found the car that was precisely what we were looking for, and he gave us a truly great deal. Kudos and thank you, Kurt! I also wanted to give a shout-out to Moshtaba, the F & I manager, who took care of all the finance stuff, and to Rome, who helped us with getting the Mercedes Me Connect app on our phones and linking our new car to it. I would happily recommend MB of Oakland to anyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

It was a very welcoming experience!!! They were so courteous and serviced our car quite quickly. And they vacuumed it out also which we greatly appreciated. They showed us the waiting area and told us to make ourselves comfortable. Someone even assisted me on how to use the coffee machine. They explained Everything that they did to our car and how much it was going to cost . Everyone was so kind. They introduced themselves by name as we came in. Excellent customer service experience.
