2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

The experience was.....perfect. Joe Atencio made it perfection. I let him know what I wanted, he found me one, and was so efficient he was almost too fast for what I could keep up with, in the best ways. He did not try to talk me out of things, and actually spent time explaining the pro's and cons between models and years. He found me the most beautiful car with every single feature I wanted, and more. All paperwork was completed prior to my arrival, and the process was wonderful. I cannot recommend this experience enough, I will absolutely work with Joe again, and would send him to all my friends and family. I am in love with my car! ????

The service staff are very good. Quick oil change and covered service. Communication is good, in notifying me if any potential services that may be needed soon. They are very busy, you will 2 to 3 weeks before they can get you in for your appointment. My sales staff, Joe A. Makes a point to say hello when he sees me. We love our Bronco.
