Why would you give Elon your cash up front wait for months or beg a Italian car manufacturer to put you on a wait list. Or even worse go to a gypsy lot that feels like buying a car from a Turkish bazaar. When you can come get and have the simplest and fastest car buying transaction ever. Ask for Enrique he was able to take of most things over the phone and via email. Excellent service my only regret is that it happed so fast I didn’t have time get make a complimentary Latte to go. I am very happy about my car leasing experience with Brandon and Jay at South Bay Lexus. From the time that I made the call to the dealership to signing the paperwork, it was a seamless transaction. I called another local competitor dealership for a different class of vehicle a week prior and the customer service within the first 30 seconds made me determine that I did not want to do business with them. However, when I called South Bay Lexus; Brandon was immediately warm and polite, not aggressive and extremely respectful, communicative, and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in and also presented other options for me to consider. Jay, the Finance Manager was transparent, friendly and responsive to all of my financing questions. The entire process from start to finish made my car leasing experience painless. As a woman, salesmen at dealership comes off as intimidating; these two gentlemen made me feel comfortable and welcoming without typical the sexism that I’ve dealt with in the past. My experience with Mr. Talal Barikhan was memorable, he was straightforward and precise in his communication. He had a good attitude towards customer service, he was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with the purchase of the car. I had an odd request for the sales contract date to be revised and the car to be delivered to my residence which was accommodated without any hesitation I am very satisfied with my purchase and I expect to come back to Mr. Barikhan for purchasing a LX600 or GX 550 for my wife in the future.
