2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

Its been over a week now since I bought my Mercedes from this dealership! Honestly the best and kindness service I received from Alex (sales associate) and nelli (finances). They both worked great together to be able to help find the best deal for my car. I had a bad experience at fletcher jones dealership and gave the car back to them. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the car the few times I went to check it out. Alex asked me everytime if this is the car I really wanted to take home, making sure I was really happy with my decision of purchasing the vehicle! Nelli also explained all the paperwork through and went through all the warranties offered by their dealership and by Mercedes manufacturing. If you ever decide to get a vehicle from Mercedes of laguna Niguel, you will be welcomed with such great service from the whole team. They make sure to give you a car that's been taken care of! I purchased a pre owned vehicle and it basically feels brand new thank you Alex and Nelli!

Hello, I wanted to share my visit and purchase of a used car from this dealership. We knew what we wanted and was on the lookout for our next vehicle to purchase. I was on their website and was filling out the I'm interested in this particular used vehicle and as soon as I hit send, I my phone was ringing, I answered and on the other end was David Abrams from MBLN and he was very easy to talk too, and I asked whats the best time to come see it and test drive this vehicle, he said this vehicle was getting a few hits already, so we needed to act fast, and he asked us to get their as soon as they opened, and we did, vehicle was in immaculate condition, and we knew at first look we wanted it as long as it passed my test drive. The vehicle was well serviced prior to our visit and it was raining lightly during the test drive. As we decided to buy it that's when we really felt comfortable with the whole sale, David was so attentive to our needs and was constantly asking if we needed anything and well it may sound basic but this style of service is not normal anymore these days. It really felt like a family business and not a big dealership. while we were signing the paper work David had the vehicle prepped again and detailed while we were inside and the rain had finally stopped. Once again this was yet another step up than most places I've been too. David was always checking up on us during the signing process with the finance team which once again the friendliest experience we have ever had at any dealerships we have been too. I'm not a person who gives kudos, unless it's well deserved. I am honored to give David Abrams 5 stars out of 5 stars for his job with us during our purchase process. Yes I would highly recommend working with David to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle at MBLN.
