Oh I just think the Hayward Nissan service team is lovely!!! Victor and Emilio are just so very kind and helpful dear Joe is a gem, so warm and welcoming. And all of the gentle women who have taken my calls to schedule work or re schedule work on my car are equally lovely as was the gentle woman who settled my charges on Saturday after the service on my car was complete... please forgive me I do not have any of their names!!! I am in hospitality and would be over the moon to have any of these lovely men and women working for my and my hotel in San Francisco;x)!!! I just bought my dream car here. Everyone is so nice and make things easier for me. I close the deal within 2 hours including test driving, financing and all. Incredible service.

We made an appointment online to come in for a system alert as well as rotate our tires. We were greeted and helped by Service Advisor Emilio Our oil was so depleted and was damaging the car Emilio explained everything to us in a way that helped us understand the situation He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Overall everything was quick and professional. Will definitely be returning to this location to continue maintenance on my vehicle
