I found this brand new 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited for sale online made a call to the sales department. I spoke to Joseph Delgado. He checked and honored the price that was listed online for this vehicle, I made my way over to the dealership same day, I live two hours away from Modesto, I checked the paperwork in person make sure everything was correct as we discussed signed the paperwork no hassle I was in and out within an hour. After talking with Aaron, our amazing sales rep and Sal our awesome sales manager, we decided to purchase a 2024 Tundra limited. Our newly purchased truck had a hiccup and needed to be repaired. We were not comfortable with having a new vehicle that needed to be repaired already so we informed the dealership that we would like to figure out our options to swap it out. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ashur the sales desk manager and Trevor another sales rep when we decided to swap out our truck for another one. Not only was Ashur able to get us out of our unfortunately situation with the current truck but he was able to put us into an even better truck that we are beyond happy with. We are SO impressed with the excellent customer service we received today!! We were passing through Modesto on our way home from the lake and started having car trouble, 90 miles from home. We were in a really bad spot in 108 degree weather and needed help so we immediately went to the Modesto Toyota dealership. It was the end of the day on a Friday and they very quickly helped us do a temporary fix so we could get back home and order the correct part from our local dealership. I can’t tell you how relieved we were that they stepped up so quickly to help and they were so caring about it and worked fast to get it done! Thank you SO much for your amazing help!!!!!!!
