2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

I recently purchased a suburban from RPM motorcars and I have to say, Alan and his team treated us like family. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and never once pressured us into anything. After taking the car home, we noticed that one of the rear parking sensors was slightly off. I called Alan and he immediately reassured me that he would take care of it. Not only did he fix the sensor, but he also saw that my wife was pregnant and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He provided us with a rental car, fixed the sensor, and even delivered the suburban to our home, which was a two-hour drive (Riverside) from their location. Throughout the entire process, Alan kept me updated and informed. In a world where honesty and genuine care are hard to come by, Alan and his team at RPM motorcars truly stand out. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I am a first time car buyer (through any sort of dealership) and I have to say that buying though RPM Motorcars was the best decision possible! When I reached out initially, I spoke with Alan about a 2019 Chevy Traverse I had seen on their website. Not local to the LA/Sherman Oaks area, I asked Alan if we could talk numbers via text and he was more than happy to help! He did not pressure me to come in or hound me about visiting before talking numbers (which was nice because I live about an hour and a half away) and was able to get me some very reasonable numbers that fit my budget perfect! When I decided to go in person I was greeted by Alan and Jim who were both ready to help. I finished discussing credit options and warranties with Alan and then finished up my paperwork with Jim and he was the friendliest ever! Jim made the whole paperwork process feel effortless while making sure I understood exactly what he was showing me and what I was signing. Neither one of them were pushy or trying to add extras or upsell me. The price was reasonable from the get go, I got an awesome deal, and the whole process was a breeze! We bought a 2008 Porsche Carrera 4 from RPM Motorcars in August 2023. It's a nice car and in excellent condition. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and followed through on his promise of a 2nd key which he purchased from the Porsche dealer. The car was sold to us without having had a smog check, so instead of driving the car back to him I had the smog done and sent him the receipt. Unfortunately we were never reimbursed for the key activation ($150) or the smog test cost ($80) Total $230. Otherwise Alan and RPM was a pleasure and good quality purchase.
