2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

Had a totally awesome car buying experience at Audi Albany from the initial website contact, the test drives, and all the way through the signing. Was interested in RS3 but delivery was a year out. Switched to looking at S5’s but couldn’t quite find the right spec. While I spent a few weeks trying to figure out what to do next, my sales associate (Jake VanBuren) called me and told me he had another customer decline delivery on an RS3 which was the exact spec (and color) I wanted. We quickly came to terms and I took delivery a few days later. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness, professionalism and low pressure sales process Jake and Audi Albany have. It was an awesome process and strongly recommend them for your new or used car needs.

My recent experience at Latham Audi. I dropped my wife’s Audi S4 off in December with some sort of transmission issue. They informed me that they will have their top service person doing the diagnostic on my car and someone would communicate with me to when they figure out the issue. I received a call and a follow up email from Service Manager Craig & Service Writer Anisa that kept their promise to keep me informed on the diagnostic check. They said It was going to be a longer wait to receive the part, as it was coming from Germany. Being down a car for a long period of time is going create havoc for my family. Thank You Craig & Anisa for letting me know to when they would have a loaner available. It was wait, but they did fulfill their promise. My wife’s car has been repaired and seems that the issue has been corrected. Thank You Latham Audi! Keep the communication a priority. 4/20/24 Another great experience with Audi Albany. Shoutout to my service writer John Whalen for always giving exceptional customer service. I don’t mind the drive to the Albany area for when my S4 needs service, it’s always a professional & seamless appointment. Thanks again!

I dropped off my sons car , Audi Q3 for factory extended warranty for leak around sunroof , I’m told all covered ! Quick service advisor kept me informed ! Thank you Nikita ! Great customer service !
