Long ago I quit using dealerships in Asheville area. I used Mercedes Benz on Airport Rd because they service Sprinter Vans. It was the most pleasant experience I have had in years. They had a lovely cafe in the service area, transportation back to my house, and they were quick and efficient. Will definitely go back and recommend them to my MB friends.

My husband and I had our car serviced today. Nate was our associate. He is very professional, kind and helpful. Nate explained the process completely and attentively. The young lady that runs the Cafe is exceptional, wonderful cook. Even though the wait is a little long, Nate and the Mercedes team offers comfort and great food. Everyone is kind and wonderful, I will recommend Mercedes of Asheville to family and friends. Thank you for all you do.

I cannot say enough good things! I bought my car April 2023 so I have dealt with them through the sales process and service. Both have been amazing. Let me start my saying I was dreading buying a new car just because I hate the pressure of the experience so much. I was pleasantly surprised by how non-pushy my salesperson was. I took my time deciding what I wanted and she kept in touch, but never hounded me like some car dealerships did. When I was ready to buy she stayed late as we were driving in from out of town to purchase. My salesperson is no longer there but Curt Brown the sales manager went out of his way to uphold the things she had promised during the buying experience. I live about an hour an half away. While buying I was told that the dealership would pick up and return my car to me at home for my service appointment to make things easier. I never had this in writing so I was very skeptical it would be upheld. I reached out to Curt and he stepped up and made it happen! My car was picked up to me at work, I was given a loner, and was delivered back to me the next day. The man that came and dropped off and picked up may have been one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. The whole process was wonderful. I also cannot say enough good things about Darrell and Nate in the service department with setting up appointments, it is so seamless. Last but certainly not least, when you are there getting your car serviced there is a cook that makes the most wonderful meals her name is Maddie. The food is free and excellent so make sure you tip her!!!!
