I bought a very nice 4Runner from Aaron Tumbleson at McDaniel today (3-30-24). From the time I got there when they opened to the time I left I was treated in a good natured, friendly, respectful way. I had the occasion to watch other sales staff as I waited for the deal to be done, and they were all outgoing and personable with their clients and each other. I feel as though Aaron and the finance person Kisha were respectful of my time and there was no pressure and no hassle, just a very easy transaction. I hope I am not in the market for (yet another) new car anytime soon but should I be, and should my desire-of-the-moment be a Toyota, I would absolutely come back to Aaron and McDaniel. As a side note, the price on the 2024 TRD Off-Road Premium that I bought was the third lowest in the state based on over a week's worth of my research on Autotrader and about 25 various dealer websites. The absolute lowest price on that model at a Columbus area dealer was a bait and switch tactic, and the second lowest price I did not investigate as I preferred to do a more local transaction. I say this as I don't think you can go wrong with the price at McDaniel - especially considering the professionalism of the sales staff and the hassle-free environment. Additionally, despite the good price on the new unit, they gave me a fair price on my trades, so I left feeling financially pretty solid and not dreading that first payment. We drove from WV, which is about 3.5 hours away to purchase our brand new Toyota. We have had over 10 new car purchases and this was by far the best deal and easiest/smoothest transaction. We will definitely be back for our next purchase.
