An experience that I will definitely have again! 3/14/24: Came in for a service of a broken mirror housing. I contacted my service writer Chris Librando for a quote and scope of service. He was diligent and detailed in what I should expect. He provided me with a courtesy car for the duration of my service. When the service duration was to exceed past expectations, he immediately contacted me with details and asked if I had any questions. At the completion of service, he reminded me of upcoming schedule maintenance and immediately placed me on the schedule for my convenience. My car was prepared and waiting for my arrival. I was out of the service department in less than 5 minutes.
