I’m sharing my positive, exciting car purchase from Open Road Volvo in Edison, NJ. I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my day, but this has been, by far, the best experience from start to finish! Patrick provided excellent customer service. He heard my concerns and was able to put my mind at ease since my previous vehicle was stolen. I love that Open Road Volvo provides vehicle replacement assistance in the event of a total loss due to theft. Patrick made the process of leasing a new vehicle as smooth as possible and he helped to find every discount possible to get me a good price. Everyone at Open Road Volvo was very friendly and I would highly recommend them. It was definitely worth the trip since I live in Brooklyn.
