I recently lost my husband and moved to WNC. I was looking to replace my old car and trade my deceased husband’s car. Zach and Dan were incredible patient with me. Zach came to my house to drive my husband’s car to dealer. Both Zach and Dan were patient with me, and explained everything (sometimes twice!). Having to purchase a car without my husband, this was the best experience. I absolutely love my car! Best service I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Zach and Dan even let me talk about my husband, which meant a lot to me. I also got a great deal with trading in my two cars and purchasing a used 2023 Ascent. I will only be taking my car to Prestige Subaru for service. Friendly staff and treat you with respect and courtesy. My new car is pictured below.
I did a lot of research before going to look at cars. I had pretty much figured out which car I wanted so I headed to Prestige Subaru. I really didn’t know where to go and initially pulled into the wrong lot across the street. Matt greeted me and offered to answer questions and then told me that I needed to go to the other side of Tunnel Road. He offered to take me over and introduce me. I didn’t think that was necessary because he pointed me to the exact card I wanted to look at. After looking at several I was approached by the very friendly Jane-Marie who was very helpful. I had to leave to pick up something and wanted to think. I had questions that were cheerfully answered later by phone and made an appointment for today. I drove away as a new Subaru owner. I was very pleased by the treatment I received. All personnel were courteous and friendly. Definitely the best buying experience I have had.
My sales person Jane Marie was wonderful to work with. I had lots of questions for her and then some more questions for her and she remained patient and courteous for all of the days that we were in communication. The day that I went to pick up my new car she pretty much had everything in order so the process went smoothly and fairly quickly. I was treated very well as a loyal Subaru customer by all the staff, and I will return after my Outback Onyx has 100,000 miles on it to purchase again from them.
