Chris at the service department at Audi did a great job! I recently bout a used Q5 PHEV this was my first service at Audi. He informed me the vehicle still had a service plan and went ahead and performed a 40k service. He went over the inspection with me, told me when my next service interval would be. Informed me of additional service plans. I felt that I left a more informed Audi owner than before I had the car serviced.
