Had the pleasure of working with Hezkiah for on a 2024 Tacoma TRD Off Road purchase. It was a long process from submitting the build in December all the way to taking delivery in March. Hezkiah and the team were quick moving, informative and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. As delays in delivery came up (out of Fox’s control) they were quick to let me know. I love the truck! I’ve got a good feeling this isn’t my last Toyota purchase. When the next time tolls around, I’ll be back and asking for Hezkiah again. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. My salesperson Hezkiah was fantastic to work with. Helpful, responsive and friendly. The whole purchase experience was easy and low pressure. I really appreciated them working with me to find the best possible rate, given how lousy APRs are these days. May I just say this might be one of the BEST DEALERSHIPS IN ALL OF MICHIGAN. My saleswoman Lauren Dempsey, was PHENOMENAL!!!! From walking into her office, she answered any and all questions, went the extra mile, and even gave me a cute keychain to remember this amazing sales experience.
