Everyone from Alex (our sales person), to Vanessa (the sales manager), to Arthur (who detailed vehicle use), were all exceptionally professional, knowledgable, and very friendly (treating us like we were family); and this all made the purchase experience a pleasure and a breeze. Very easy, swift, organized, honest, and even fun! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride. I had the most amazing experience servicing. The staff was prepared for my arrival and had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. Since it was early in the morning, I stopped by the cafe to get a cappuccino and a muffin, then went to their nail salon to get a free manicure. I've never actually enjoyed maintaining my car, but I'm actually kind of looking forward to my next tune up!
