This was a push present from my husband because my car was very small, unsafe, and cheap. Salesmen was very nice of course lol used inventory manager, not so much. I understand you’re here to sell the car for as much as you can but it was a little too aggressive for us. There was absolutely a noise coming from the wheels and you’re trying to tell us you don’t hear it and then when my husband showed you then the story changed to “German wheels make those noises all the time”. Explain, please. It almost made us not come back when offered a lowered price. We were already one hour away during rush hour and my husband had to go back to work. I personally find it hard to negotiate with salesmen if they’re nice but salesmen like the manager get all of it. But anyway, car so far is running smoothly, no problems. Nice salesman Bryan noticed the car didn’t have mats and sent them to our house Would also like to add that the “we’re losing money on this car” and “we’re auctioning it/selling it to another dealership today” thing is old. You can print out whatever you want but I’ve been hearing that since my first car. UPDATE: the car is great. No problems so far and it’s been about 2 months. No buyers remorse about pricing or quality.

I’ll run out of superlatives to describe my experience. Isabelle, Reagan and all other staff at Audi North Houston were fantastic to work with. The simple fact that we live in New Mexico and got both our cars all the way from this dealership in Houston, Texas speaks volumes about them. I give them an ‘exceeds expectations’ in every department.
