My experience with this dealership was amazing! Our salesman Andrew was extremely professional, curious and knowledgeable. The management team, financing and the rest of the staff exemplified what customer service should be. They gave us a great deal and it was evident they value me as a customer. I never felt pressured…it was clear they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I had been car shopping for several months and have been extremely disappointed with other dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Audi of Rancho Mirage.
