2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus quattro

Phenomenal experience at this Audi dealership. The location was extremely clean and well organized. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building to purchase a vehicle. I was matched with a great sales associate (David Nelson) that was able to guide my wife & I through the purchasing process with ease. We were impressed with the attention we received towards our desires and never felt uncomfortable with our interactions between personnel at this dealership. I applaud their professionalism, knowledge, & overall service when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, hat's off to this location!

Audi Richmond made the car buying process as painless as possible. Ken was my salesperson and he answered all of my questions. James the Finance Manager had all of the paperwork ready to sign when I showed up to pick up my car. Paul the Technology Specialist explained in depth all of my vehicle's features. Overall a great team that made the car shopping experience painless for someone who drove over 850+ miles. I would definitely recommend Audi Richmond!

Although I interacted with other staff members I actually worked the deal with Michael Collins. I've purchased many cars and even though this one was two hours from home the overall process was easy and smooth. When the car was ready for pickup I took the Amtrak train to Richmond and was picked up by my salesman who drove me to my bank and then the dealership. Customer service was excellent as was the overall experience. No one was pushy at all and listened to my concerns and offered reassurance that I was making the choice I was hoping to. I'm a straight forward person and I don't sugar coat anything, I don't believe you'd be dissapointed dealing with this dealership.
