Such a wonderful and friendly location. Their staff made the testing and purchasing process feel so comfortable and relaxing. I want to give a special shoutout to both Paul and Josh that work there! Paul was absolutely incredible, both with being amazingly knowledgeable about the car, and also being so absolutely friendly and accommodating. Paul worked with me for multiple weeks, answering text messages, emails, allowing me to go on multiple test drives, and creating a wonderful environment filled with laughs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Josh was wonderfully helpful when it came to the financing side of the experience. He stayed on the phone with me for an extensive period of time to discuss warranties, pricing, etc. He even stayed on the phone with me past his work-shift, extending about a half hour, to 40 minutes into his personal time to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I am absolutely in love with my new Audi, and I couldn't have done it without both of these incredible gentlemen.
